Refund policy

Customer satisfaction is important to us. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, you may request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact.

Products purchased during special promotions, clearance sales, or customized items may not be eligible for return or refund unless received in a damaged condition. Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your request.

Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part. Geeba Fashion reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet our return eligibility requirements.
